Founded in 1984, the Meteoro Amplifiers was born from one certainty: the Brazilian musicians deserve quality.

Its 3 partners - the brothers José Luiz, Paulo Roberto and Ocimar Ferreira - are musicians born out of a family of musicians and have an obsession with sound quality. This obsession is transformed into the philosophy of the Meteoro Company.

As Jose Luiz Ferreira President of Meteoro states, "Meteoro will never try to convince a musician to play on our equipment unless the musician is choosing to do so because he is convinced that he is playing the best equipment to obtain his personal sound."

But Jose Luiz warns and justifies the philosophy of the Meteoro Amplifiers: "In nothing the quality of our amplifiers would advance or evolve if the sensitivity of the musician would not exist and if the musician would not extract the maximum of quality of the amplifiers that we manufacture".

Jose Luiz also states as a musician that it is the musician who knows which equipment will make him comfortable and which he can trust to find his sound.
